OBRINT BALCONS, en referència a l’acció simbòlica que anuncia l’arribada de la primavera, és un avanç de la posada en escena del projecte A LES BALCONADES 2017, Intervencions artístiques en el barri de Russafa. Per a la jornada d’Obrint Balcons hem preparat diverses activitats: tallers, dansa, concert i accions artístiques.
El programa té com a principal objectiu reunir als moviments socials i artistes participants en un ambient creatiu i desenfadat perquè puguen conéixer-se, concretar els detalls de les intervencions i refermar la col·laboració.
Per això, invitem diferents entitats del barri, als habitants dels balcons, i als interessats a conéixer el projecte i a participar activament en ell.
